We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Our denim bags are made from upcycled denim, which means that each bag is unique. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact bag that is pictured on our website. Additionally, our bags are made with high-quality materials and construction, so they are built to last.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your bag. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. We thank you for your understanding. In a rare case when we accept return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for delivery & return.

You may cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for delivery & return.

The product is usually shipped within 1 day of receiving your order. Our partnership with India’s leading logistics companies ensures that the product reaches you within 7 days of placing your order.

Cancellation of order before shipping: Refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request

When we say “unique bag,” we mean that your bag is truly one-of-a-kind. Just like there’s no one else quite like you, there’s no other bag out there identical to yours.

If the bag shown in the image has already been sold, you may receive a different bag. This is because our bags celebrate the beauty of upcycled denim, which means each piece comes with its own unique story and no two bags would be the same.

Rest assured, though, the core elements like belts, zippers, and straps remain constant, ensuring the overall look and feel stay true to our signature style. These subtle differences only enhance the charm and exclusivity of each bag, making it a truly unique piece.

Since each bag is crafted from a different piece of upcycled denim, the colour shades will vary slightly, adding to the bag’s distinct charm.

While our Bags love to explore the city with you, they’re not quite ready to dance in the rain just yet. Nevertheless, they remain your fantastic and reliable companions, always ready to assist you in style.

No, only a selection of our products are made from upcycled denims. All our clothing products are made from fresh denim and do not use any upcycled material.
